N1840 - Real Estate Salesperson Pre-Licensing Course

Prepare to pass your exam on the first try. Completion of this 75-hour course satisfies New York State requirements for a real estate salesperson license. Topics include real estate instruments; law of agency; real estate financing; valuation and listing procedures; law of contracts; license law and ethics; human rights-fair housing; closing and closing costs; land use regulations; and real estate mathematics. Two review sessions included. Separate state-issued qualifying exam is required for licensure. Purchase of textbook required before first class session. 22 sessions
