REMEMBER: IF YOU PLAN ON TAKING SUMMER CLASSES, FILL OUT BOTH THE 2012/13 FAFSA & THE 2013/14 FAFSA!! THEN COME INTO THE FINANCIAL AID OFFICE AND FILL OUT THE SUMMER AID REQUEST FORM OR PRINT OFF HERE.

The Financial Aid Office, located in the George Shepard Bldg., is a part of Student Services. Staff members are available to assist students and families in completing applications for federal, state and local financial aid programs and subsequently awards aid, to all eligible applicants.

The various links below are designed to give you access to important information about your 2013-2014 financial aid status.

FILE YOUR FAFSA: (FAFSA)

The FAFSA is required to qualify for most aid available at SUNY Orange. Need assistance filing out your FAFSA? We have workshops at both campuses to assist you. Questions about student aid†? Once the FAFSA is finished, a statement appears that says "You are now eligible for Federal Financial Aid". This statement has conditions that must be met at our school in order for Federal Financial Aid to be awarded. Students can only receive grants, loans and work study at one college. This is known as the Home School. Students taking Distance Education courses must complete a Consortium Agreement at the Home School.

Failure to submit requested documentation prevents your financial aid from being processed so that it shows as a credits on your bill.
