TRIO Student Support Services Program
TRIO SSS is a federally funded program that has been serving students at SUNY Orange since 1993. The goal of SSS is to increase the college retention and graduation rates of its participants and facilitate the process of transition from one level of higher education to the next. It is designed to provide academic and ancillary support to low-income, first-generation, and disabled college students.
MISSION
Our mission is to provide a supportive system, both academic and personal, to meet the individual needs of the students who are receiving project services and enable them to persevere and be successful in attaining their desired degrees.
Attention all SSS participants:
On March 30, 2010 we will be hosting a financial aid round table discussion. You will be able to submit questions pertaining to financial aid and have them answered at this workshop. Christine McGraw from the financial aid office will facilitate this meeting.
