It was the end of one era and the beginning of another last week as SUNY Orange began the construction process for the new Center for Science and Engineering by razing the Sarah Wells Building. Demolition crews began the process of flattening the building shortly after 7:30 am on Wednesday, August 1.  By 10:30, much of the building had been reduced to a pile of bricks and broken concrete.

The space will serve as the site of the College's new, soon-to-be-built Center for Science and Engineering.
