Banner Outage Notification
During the week of August 19, Information Services will be initiating the upgrade of the Banner application. This upgrade is being undertaken to ensure that we are running the current version of the software and are eligible for full vendor support of the product. During this outage, all Banner functionality will be disabled. Angel and Gmail will continue to be available during this upgrade.
Information Services has been working with various departments and individuals to minimize the impact of this upgrade. However, due to the nature of the upgrade, Information Services will require service outages of Banner between 7 am and 9 am on Sunday, August 19 and from 9 pm until 12 am on Tuesday, August 21.
