Dec. 29 Pay Date

Dear Colleagues:

I am writing to notify you of this year's process for pay checks dated Dec. 29, 2016.

Since the College will be closed, we will not be opening the office to distribute checks as in the past. For all employees who do not have direct deposit or a pay card, ALL CHECKS will be mailed on Dec. 23, 2016 (following NYS Dept of Labor guidelines) to ensure delivery by Dec. 29.

If anyone is interested in signing up for direct deposit or pay card there still is time to do so. Please contact payroll immediately for more information.

If anyone receives their check prior to the pay date of Dec. 29, please do not deposit or cash your check as the bank will not process prior to the pay date of Dec. 29.
