#beSOkind Kindness Challenges - Week 3!

HERE ARE THE #beSOkind Kindness Challenges for the remainder of WEEK 3: (Jan. 31 to Feb. 4)

  • Jan 31 - Greet your classmates and/or co-workers with a smile and a positive attitude.
  • Feb 1 - Be kind to yourself – do a stress-relieving activity today!
  • Feb 2 - Share some music you love with a friend or co-worker.
  • Feb 3 - Be positive all day – say only positive things to/about yourself and to/about others.
  • Feb 4 - Take time to appreciate someone who helps/supports you in ways that you take for granted.

What's this all about?

Every day from Tuesday, Jan. 17 through Friday, Feb. 17, we're giving you (and each other) a Kindness Challenge!

Snap a selfie, or a photo of others, performing a challenge, or a random act of kindness, or even just a photo of yourself with our Kindness Initiative flyer!

Tag your photo with our hashtag #beSOkind on Twitter or Instagram and you'll be entered to win a $50 Amazon gift certificate drawn randomly on Feburary 17!

They'll be other little gifts and candy you might get throughout the week!
