Update on Dec 28, 2017 Pay Date

Dear Colleagues:

I am writing to inform you of this year's process for pay checks dated Dec. 28, 2017.

Since the College will be closed during the week of Dec 25-29, we will not be opening the office to distribute checks .

For all employees who do not have direct deposit or a pay card, ALL CHECKS will be mailed on Dec. 22, 2017 (following NYS Dept of Labor guidelines) to ensure delivery by Dec. 28, 2017.

If anyone would like to sign up for direct deposit or pay card, please contact payroll immediately for more information.

If anyone receives their check prior to the pay date of Dec 28 please do not deposit or cash your check as the bank will not process prior to the pay date of Dec 28.

All direct deposit and pay cards will be processed on Dec 28 as well.
