SoFit Enrollment is Filled; Drop-ins Welcomed at Group Fitness Classes

SOFIT Personal Training Program Update. A BIG THANK YOU to all who showed an interest in joining the program, The Exercise Studies students are grateful to you. All spots have been filled!

PLEASE NOTE: the Group Fitness Classes are OPEN to ALL and Drop-Ins are welcomed and encouraged. See Schedule below: effective from Feb. 11 through April 27.

Boot camp: Monday and Wednesday, 8 to 9 a.m., Dance Studio

Core 5: Tuesday and Thursday, 4 to 5 p.m., Dance Studio
